L'Oréal LUXE Live D2C Dashboard Rollout

The Challenge

With the threat of COVID-19 shutting US retail stores down & the scope of luxury beauty shifting entirely to ecommerce, L'Oréal LUXE needed to quickly gain data visibility & literacy across their D2C sites.

D2C sites include: Kiehl’s, Lancôme, IT Cosmetics, Urban Decay, YSL Beauty, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Clarisonic, Viktor & Rolf, & Atelier)

The Solution

Time management & user-centricity were crucial to this project. I led a large team in creating interactive, user-friendly dashboards that populate actionable data in all facets of ecommerce site experience for each brand. The live dashboards enabled data-driven decision making for marketers with live performance comparisons vs brand & industry benchmarks in just a click.

The project & data literacy trainings for over 300 L'Oréal LUXE stakeholders were completed in just 11 days.

L’Oreal LUXE was prepared with the tools and data-savvy staff for an ecommerce-driven year, leading to 99% YoY sales growth and 60% more accurate demand forecasting in the most unpredictable year
